Make sure the title of the file is the SAME as the submission form title AND the submission title on the payment.

Password protected vimeo links are acceptable.
In order for your submission to be considered it must be 30 seconds long. Not 31 seconds or 29 seconds. If your film does not meet this qualification, it will not be considered and you will receive an e-mail that it was disqualified. You may resubmit the film for another submission fee of $15. No exceptions.
The categories are intentionally broad and left up to interpretation but you will need to explain why the film fits into the category.
