a) Films made by High School and college students ONLY are eligible for participation.
b) Genres: Music Video, Animation Films, Micro Films, Short Fiction, Feature Fiction, Short Documentary, Feature Documentary.
c) Duration: Films upto the length of 90 mins only (including credits).
d) Cut off Year: Films produced after January 1, 2018 are eligible for the festival.
e) Entries are invited in all languages. Non-English language productions must include English subtitles.
f) Entrant may submit more than 1 film in the festival. Each film must be accompanied by a separate Entry Form and Entry Fee. Entry Fee is mandatory and non-refundable.
g) NO SCREENING FEE will be paid to filmmaker/Production House for the festival screening.
h) Winners residing outside India will have to bear the applicable shipping charges for shipping the awards from Delhi.
i) Films submitted in the festival will be included in other non-commercial public screenings, around the world in other film festivals, as well as in travelling film festivals and other educational activities.
j) Films once entered cannot be withdrawn.
k) All matters NOT mentioned in these rules will be decided by the Festival Director. The discretion to make an exception to any rules and regulations of the festival will rest with the Festival Director.
l) Submission Deadline:-
Earlybird Deadline: May 15, 2019.
Regular Deadline: June 15, 2019.
Late Deadline: July 05, 2019.
Extended Deadline: July 25, 2019.
