In addition to showcasing great works that are 60 seconds or less we are also looking for great Short Films, for entries that are longer than 60 seconds, but no longer than 30 minutes. And of course we'll continue to showcase great works that are 60 seconds or less!!

The 60 Seconds or Less Video Festival embraces short-form videos in all genres. Sponsored by Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland the festival offers awards and screening opportunities for an international audience.

Terms and rules

Entries must have been completed since January 2018.
You may submit more than one entry.
Entries including significant non-English dialogue should include on screen English subtitles.
The submitter must have the legal authority to submit the film and to have the work screened publicly including any necessary permissions. By submitting, the submitter confirms they have all the necessary rights for the screening of the film submitted, to be exhibited at the festival.
Selected videos will be screened at the 60 Seconds or Less Video Festival awards ceremony. Excerpts from selected films, trailers and stills may also be screened or published online to assist in promoting the festival.
