- PRECIO:
Tanto el acceso a todas las actividades del festival como la inscripción a los premios son gratuitos.
- FORMATOS Y ENTREGA:
Las obras se aportarán en formato digital HD Quicktime o MP4, pudiendo aportar también en Bluray o DCP. La calidad no debe ser menor de HD 720, pero es recomendable 1080 x1920.
Excepto las obras con diálogo o texto en inglés, castellano o catalán, todas las copias deben incluir subtítulos en inglés.
La fecha límite de recepción, en cualquiera de los premios a los que se opte, es el 10 de julio de 2020 a las 23:59 h.
Las obras se enviarán a la Organización del Festival a través de internet, por medio de las plataforma FilmFreeway. Adjunto a la obra se cumplimentará la ficha de inscripción, junto dos imágenes fijas de la obra en formato JPEG o TIFF, resolución mínima de 300 dpi. y la declaración de derechos de autor correspondiente.
Una vez efectuada y comunicada la inscripción al Festival, la obra no podrá ser retirada.
- SELECCIÓN Y DIFUSIÓN DE LAS OBRAS RECIBIDAS.
Todas las obras presentadas serán visionadas por un comité de selección. Para cada premio habrá un comité específico.
El Festival contactará por escrito con los seleccionados, ya que las obras seleccionadas deben remitir el formato óptimo de proyección antes del 3 de octubre de 2020.
Tanto un extracto de las obras como las imágenes facilitadas podrán ser utilizadas para ilustrar los diversos materiales de difusión y comunicación del Festival (programa de mano, magazine, catálogo, prensa, página web y otros medios de comunicación). La organización se compromete a utilizar los diversos materiales de difusión sólo para la promoción de la película, respetando las condiciones indicadas en el formulario de inscripción.
Todos los filmes seleccionados se proyectarán exclusivamente en los espacios del festival y durante las fechas en las que éste se celebre. En caso de planificar otras proyecciones, la organización solicitará la autorización al titular de los derechos del filme.
- PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS Y DERECHOS DE AUTOR (COPYRIGHT).
Toda la información sobre los derechos de autor y de proyección está recogido en las bases del festival y pueden ser consultadas en la web www.animalcoi.com
La organización regulará los casos no previstos. La participación en el Festival implica la aceptación de las bases.

- SELECTION AND DISSEMINATION OF THE WORKS RECEIVED.
All submitted works will be viewed by a selection committee. For each prize there will be a specific committee.
The Festival will contact the selected ones in writing, as the selected works must submit the optimal screening format by October 3, 2020.
Both an excerpt from the works and the images provided may be used to illustrate the various broadcast and communication materials of the Festival (hand program, magazine, catalogue, press, website and other media). The organization undertakes to use the various broadcast materials only for the promotion of the film, respecting the conditions indicated in the registration form.
All selected films will be screened exclusively in the festival spaces and during the dates on which it is held. If other screenings are planned, the organization will request authorization from the owner of the film's rights.
- PROTECTION OF DATA AND COPYRIGHT (COPYRIGHT).
All information about copyright and screening is collected in the festival's databases and can be consulted on the website www.animalcoi.com
The organization will regulate unforeseen cases. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of the bases.
