Animation Attack! is Atlanta, Georgia's only film festival which exclusively celebrates the art of animation. The 2017 event will be held at the Synchronicity as a special event during the annual Atlanta Underground Film Festival.
Animation Attack! was created to give a voice to incredible independent animation artists who produce the best animation in the world. We spotlight new artists and proven leaders in the field. We champion artists who have not only created amazing animations, but incredible stories as well.

History
Since 2006, Animation Attack! has been a favorite of independent animators world-wide. Animation Attack! is a special event focused on talented animation artists held during the annual Atlanta Underground Film Festival.
The 2017 Animation Attack! is packed with animated films of every type. All methods and techniques are celebrated: traditional, stop-motion, computer, and experimental animations are showcased during the festival.
Numerous awards will be presented during the 2017 Animation Attack! including Best Animated Short, Best Experimental Animation, Best Student Project, Best Musical Animation, and many more.
