under 25 mins - Adults can help with editing and some camera work, but film should be conceptualized by and mostly shot by a child under the age of 18.

Description

The only films we are still accepting for the 2020 Festival are Horror Short Films with a deadline of September 1 2020. Selected films will be announced September 15 and screened on Halloween night 2020 at the Zukor Theater as part of our Halloween Session of the Festival.
