The Austin Youth Film Festival seeks to create film opportunities for young, independent filmmakers and foster a lifelong love of the media arts.
There is a $1,000 Best of Fest prize, trophies for the Best Of each category, special events and opportunities with professional filmmaker judges, and prizes from Austin film businesses including the Alamo Drafthouse, Austin Film Society, Austin Film Festival, Precision Camera Rental, I Luv Video, and Vulcan Video.
