ELIGIBILITY:
This year's festival is open to Short Films that meet at least ONE of the following criteria:
1) Filmmakers or crew members must be residents of New York City (Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island). If you resided in New York City at the time of the film's production, but no longer live here, please make a note of that in your submission. We read all submission notes!
2) If you have some special relationship to New York City that you feel makes you eligible for our festival, please let us know! Send us an email at boulevardfilmfestival@gmail.com.
Note: Eligible films will have been completed between 2019-2020.

FESTIVAL DATES: July 10-12, 2020
*If your film is selected for the festival, you will have a limited amount of time to confirm or deny your participation. Upon confirmation of your participation, we will ask you to send us your video file and marketing materials so that we can prepare for our screenings. Please be sure that the email address and phone number on your application are the best way for us to contact you. This will be much appreciated!
