Ce l’ho Corto Film Festival ha l’obiettivo di dare visibilità ai giovani autori del panorama audiovisivo indipendente in formato corto. Include inoltre le nuove tecnologie legate al mondo del gaming e dell’animazione per creare momenti di confronto e di dibattito sul cinema.
SEZIONI
- CE L'HO CORTO:
Massimo quindici cortometraggi di registi under30 che non abbiano una distribuzione. Sono ammessi documentari, fiction, animazioni e sperimentali sotto i 15’ e verranno giudicati dallo staff di Elenfant Distribution/Sayonara Film che offrirà un premio di distribuzione.
- INTERNAZIONALE:
Quindici cortometraggi. Sono ammessi documentari, fiction e sperimentali sotto i 20’ che verranno giudicati da una giuria di professionisti del settore. I corti di animazione non sono ammessi alla sezione. Premio in denaro di 300 euro.
- ANIMAZIONE:
Dieci cortometraggi di animazione. Sono ammesse animazioni sotto i 15’ che verranno giudicate da una giuria di studenti della facoltà CITEM - Cinema, Televisione e Produzione Multimediale - dell’Università di Bologna. Premio in denaro di 300 euro.
- CONTEST:
Massimo quindici cortometraggi di 3’ da realizzare in 72h a Bologna. Iscrizioni dal 14 settembre al 4 novembre per partecipare al Contest che si svolgerà dal 12 al 15 novembre 2020. Contest rivolto a quindici troupe di professionisti e non, iscrizione gratuita. Il pubblico assegnerà un premio in utilizzo di attrezzature offerto da El Garaje Produzioni.
- CE L'HO PORNO:
Sezione OFF sui cortometraggi erotici e pornografici a cura di InsidePorn. Massimo dieci cortometraggi internazionali. Sono ammessi documentari, fiction, animazioni, sperimentali per una durata massima di 30’. Sono previsti un premio del pubblico e un premio della giuria.
FOCUS
- SOUND ON:
*Non è possibile iscriversi a questa sezione.
Focus sul rapporto tra suono e video, proiezione di film con sonorizzazione live.
- INDUSTRY:
Focus sull’industria del cortometraggio.
TALK SHORT - Tre troupe o autori presentano i progetti per i loro corti in fase di sviluppo (sceneggiatura, storyboard, moodboard…) al pubblico e ai professionisti del settore. L’obiettivo del focus è quello di creare un panel informale per aiutare le troupe a sviluppare i propri corti dando loro l’opportunità di entrare in contatto con i professionisti.

- GAMING:
Focus sull’industria indie del gaming, per tracciare un collegamento tra cinema e videogiochi. Incontro con i professionisti del settore.

CE L’HO CORTO FILM FESTIVAL 2020 -

Ce l’ho Corto is an international short film festival which aims to raise the profile of young filmmakers, independent short films along with other audiovisual products - such as videogames and animations - and to create a space for an exchange of views and information on the industry.
SECTIONS
- CE L'HO CORTO:
Maximum fifteen short films without professional distribution made by directors under30. Documentary, experimental, fiction and animation short films of a length of 15 minutes or less will be admitted. The winner will receive a Jury Award which consists of a distribution contract offered by its jury Elenfant Distribution/Sayanora Film.
- INTERNAZIONALE:
Fifteen international short films. Documentary, fiction and experimental short films of a length of 20 minutes or less will be admitted. Animated short films will not be admitted to this section. The winner will receive a Jury Award of 300 euros.
- ANIMAZIONE:
Ten animated short films of a length of 15 minutes or less will be admitted. This section will have a special jury assembled of film students and a professor with a background in animation from the University of Bologna. The winner will receive a Jury Award of 300 euros.
- CONTEST:
A 72-hour challenge video contest will take place from 12th to 15th of November 2020. Submissions allowed from 14th September to 4th November. Maximum fifteen short films of a length of 3 minutes who will have followed the main rules of the contest will be accepted. The winner will receive a coupon for film gear offered by El Garaje Productions.
- CE L'HO PORNO:
OFF section of erotic and pornographic short films by the collective InsidePorn. Maximum ten international short films. Documentary, fiction, animation and experimental short films of a length of 30 minutes or less will be admitted. There will be a Jury Award and an Audience Award.
FOCUS
- SOUND ON:
*Section not open to submissions.
Focus on the relationship between sound and the moving image, film screening accompanied by live music performance.
- INDUSTRY:
Focus on the short film industry.
TALK SHORT - three different troupes will make a brief presentation of their short films in work in progress to a group of professionals and the public. The aim is to create an informal panel discussion to help the troupes improve their work and give them an opportunity to get in touch with professionals.

- GAMING:
Focus on the indie game industry by tracing a link between cinema and video games.
