Applicants submitting Films that contain non-English spoken dialogue must provide on-screen English subtitles.
If selected, the filmmaker agrees to be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for shipping submission materials to the festival office. The submission will not be returned to the entrants.
The festival has the right to use the publicity material (press books, posters, stills etc.) from selected films to promote the festival.
It is the sole responsibility of the Applicant to secure authorization and permission from the copyright owner(s) of any and all copyrighted content or materials included within the submission.

The Chatham-Kent Film Festival expressly disavows any responsibility for, and will not be held responsible for, any unauthorized inclusion of any copyrighted/trademarked content or materials within or relating to the submitted material, including any content or materials that are or may become the basis for any third party claims for infringement.
