Chattanooga State Community College is honored to host Chattanooga, Tennessee's first student film festival of this kind. If you are a current college or high school student in the greater Chattanooga area, we encourage you to submit your film here.
UPDATE: Chattanooga State is canceling all on-campus events until 4/1. Unfortunately, this includes all of our film festival events too. We will still be giving cash awards and certificates for your student film submissions though. Look for an email from us soon if you submitted a film. Thank you for your support. See you next year!
Cash awards will be given in the following categories:
Short Film
· All narrative genres
· Less than 30 minutes in length
Short Documentary
· Nonfiction or docudrama
· Less than 30 minutes in length
Music Video
*Special Awards:
· Young Filmmaker Award: Directed by filmmakers under 18 years of age.
· Chattanooga State Honor Award: Recognition of an outstanding work created by a current Chattanooga State Student.
· Audience Award: Voted on by the audience during the screening of student work on Friday March 27th.
