Chelmsford TeleMedia and the Chelmsford Center for the Arts are proud to announce our second annual Festival of Local Short Films on March 14, 2020. Our mission is to promote and celebrate independent film making and creative storytelling in Massachusetts. Submissions will be limited to films produced in the New England area. Submissions should be 30 minutes or less, and can be of any topic/genre (will be screened for excessive gratuitous content). Cash prizes will be awarded, and submissions will be accepted through January 20, 2020
The Festival will be held at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts.
