শর্তাবলী:
১. বিষয়: উন্মুক্ত
২. ২০১৯ সালের আগে চিত্রায়িত চলচ্চিত্র গ্রহণযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে না।
৩. ইউটিউবসহ যে কোন প্রচার মাধ্যমে ইতোমধ্যে প্রকাশিত কোন চলচ্চিত্র বিবেচ্য হবে না।
৪. কোন নির্দিষ্ট দেশ, এলাকা, ধর্ম, কিংবা জাতিবিরোধী কোন বিষয় নিয়ে নির্মিত চলচ্চিত্র গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
৫. চলচ্চিত্রে নগ্নতা এবং মাদকদ্রব্যের ব্যবহার উপস্থাপন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
৬. চলচ্চিত্রের সর্বোচ্চ দৈর্ঘ্য - ৩০ মিনিট
৭. চলচ্চিত্রের ফরম্যাট: MP4, MOV. সর্বোচ্চ দর্শন ক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন Full HD.
৮. মোবাইল ফোনে ধারণকৃত চলচ্চিত্রও গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে কিন্তু রেজুলেশন অবশ্যই ৭২০*৫৭৬ বা এর বেশী হতে হবে।
৯. চলচ্চিত্রের শুরু কিংবা শেষে সম্পূর্ণ ক্রেডিটলাইন অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে।
১০. চলচ্চিত্রের সাথে ইংরেজি সাবটাইটেল যোগ করে দেওয়া যেতে পারে কিন্তু বাধ্যতামূলক নয় কিন্তু বাংলা ব্যতীত অন্য যে কোন ভাষার চলচ্চিত্রের ক্ষেত্রে ইংরেজী সাবটাইটেল আবশ্যক।
১১. চিটাগং শর্ট ফিল্ম ফেস্টিভ্যালের পূর্বেকার সংস্করণে জমা দেওয়া চলচ্চিত্র পুনরায় এবার আর জমা দেওয়া যাবে না। এছাড়া অন্য যেসব চলচ্চিত্র উৎসবে চলচ্চিত্রটি প্রদর্শিত হয়েছে, চলচ্চিত্র জমা দেওয়ার সময় পোস্টারে তাদের ফলক প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।

অন্যান্য তথ্যাবলি:
১. অনলাইন প্রমোশনের জন্যে চিটাগং শর্ট ফিল্ম ফেস্টিভ্যাল কর্তৃপক্ষ নির্বাচিত চলচ্চিত্রের ক্লিপ/ট্রেইলার ব্যবহারের ক্ষমতা রাখবে।
২. নির্বাচিত প্রতিটি চলচ্চিত্রকার চিটাগং শর্ট ফিল্ম ফেস্টিভ্যাল ২০২১ এর পুরো উৎসবের নিমন্ত্রণ এবং সনদপ্রাপ্ত হবেন।
৩. চট্টগ্রাম ব্যতিত বাংলাদেশের অন্য জেলা কিংবা অন্যদেশ থেকে আগত নির্বাচিত চলচ্চিত্রকারদের উৎসব চলাকালীন সময়ে আবাসন-সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে।
৪. মূল বিষয়, চলচ্চিত্রের ভাষা, প্রোডাকশন মূল্যমান, সৃজনশীলতা এবং সর্বোপরি দর্শকদের উপর কতটা প্রভাব বিস্তারকারী তা বিবেচনা করে প্রতিটি চলচ্চিত্র প্রথমে সিলেকশন কমিটি দ্বারা পর্যালোচিত হবে এবং তারপর সিনেমা বিশেষজ্ঞদের দ্বারা গঠিত জুরি বোর্ডের মাধ্যমে মূল বিচারকার্য সম্পন্ন হবে।

Terms and Conditions:
1. Subject: Open
2. Films shot before 2019 will not be accepted.
3. Films published in any online platform will not be granted.
4. Film content should not be contradictory to any race, country or religion.
5. Films containing nudity and excessive use of drugs will not be accepted.
6. Maximum running time: 30 min
7. Movie format: MP4, MOV. Best viewing resolution Full HD.
8. Film shot in mobile phone will be accepted, resolution must not be less than 720*576.
9. Film must contain the complete credit line.
10. English sub-title will be preferred. All Foreign Languages other than Bangla must have English sub-title.
11. Films submitted to the previous festivals of Chittagong SHORT are NOT eligible but screened in other festivals (in any country) are eligible. The entrant has to mention the names in poster(s) of the festivals the film has been screened in.

Additional Information:
1. CSFFBD2021 team has the right to use clip/trailer of all selected films for online promotion purpose.
2. Selected filmmakers will receive an invitation for the CSFFBD2021 and an accreditation.
3. Selected filmmakers from other districts as well as other countries will have the residence facility to attend the ceremonies.
4. Each entry will be screened by the Selection Committee and rated for general content, treatment of subject, production value, creativity, overall impact. Final decisions will be determined by a jury of industry professionals.
