About the festival

CINE4ALL FEST is Independent film festival with award event and live screenings For Arab Filmmakers or origin will be held every year in Egypt

We know how hard it is for an indie filmmaker to produce and distribute
their works.
The mission is to celebrate the independent filmmakers by providing
a platform for documentaries and short films

The festival is intended to provide audiences and experts insight into recent documentaries and short films to stimulating the production
of the film in Egypt enhance cooperation among Arab Filmmakers
in production

Cine4all fest only Brings the best films focusing on everything new, brave, daring and challenging that is out of the mainstream

Apply and be part of a new generation of film festivals


All films will be screened in a live theatrical venue with Q&A

On the sidelines of the festival there will be special seminars and workshops

Festival services and film screening will continue throughout the year to help independent filmmakers produce and distribute their films

Terms and rules

1- The Festival only accepts Documentaries, short films and music video Directed or produced by Arab nationality or origin

2- The Festival only accepts online registrations and submissions to be assessed. Films must have an English subtitles

4- We are only accepting films that have been produced during and after 2018 at this time

5- By submitting a film to The Festival, the submitter agrees that the film will be screened in a live theatrical venue during the festival

6- All films entries selected for the festival grant Cine4all (CFA) the rights to use provided stills, footage, clips, trailers and information from the film for promotion​

7- All films submitted must be free from any legal disputes and the filmmaker must have cleared all rights for music and exhibition

8- The Festival will never share or streaming your Film (s) online without your permissions

9- Cine4All FEST reserves the right to change any information contained in this document(including Festival dates, venues, events, awards and eligibility requirements)without further notice

10- Filmmakers will be notified no later than October 15 of their submission status
