All plans and practices are subject to change without notice. By submitting to our film festivals, the submitter agrees to allow us to download and screen the submission. By submitting to our film festivals, the submitter provides consent for us - AIAFilmmakers, Infinite Perimeter Films, and our team - to download and/or upload their intellectual property to the internet.
Depending on the number and types of submissions we receive, we may provide alternative and/or additional awards. Please find the current Awards Master at our websites. We ask you to create a complimentary headshot & profile with AIAFilmmakers.org.
Script submissions must contain a cover page. Script submissions under a pen name must be pre-approved by festival organizers prior to submission.

All refund requests are handled at the discretion of our festival organizers. If submitters have a valid reason for a refund request, we will do our best to provide refunds and/or waiver codes. Please note that non-acceptance to our festival is not a valid reason for a refund.
All submissions must be the original work of the submitter/creative. Non-English speaking films and music videos should be subtitled in English. Music videos must be music-track centric, featuring the music/song/lyrics as the primary content, one single track from start to finish (not including credits). Also, Music videos must include the musician & song title in the title and on-screen credits.
A short or feature-length film that is highly visual with music added to emphasize, augment, & illustrate visual content would not qualify as a music video. Please submit these under "All Categories." Please be sure your submission is relevant to the theme of our festival!
Submission Statuses (Award, Finalist, Semi-Finalist, Selected) may change as requirements are satisfied. If you receive an "Incomplete" or "Disqualified" status, please call/text us for clarification.
After we select a submission and the submitter is notified, the submission will eventually be published in PDF format on our festival web sites, InfinitePerimeter.com and/or AIAFilmmakers.org.
Award, Finalist, Semi-Finalist, Selected and Non-selected submissions will be published.. Withdrawn statuses may also be listed. If you do not wish your submission to show as "Non-selected" please withdraw it prior to the Notification Date. Please allow a few weeks following the conclusion of festival live events to find the submission listed at our websites.
We generally select festival screeners from "Award Winners", "Finalists" and "Semi-Finalists". We regret that we are unable to screen all of our "Official" selections.
Once you are notified, please be sure your uploaded submission is made downloadable to our team via FilmFreeway or Vimeo ONLY. We download your media to our hard drives and create playlists for screening at our live events. You are invited to upload to FilmFreeway your poster & promotional photos with a short synopsis for possible inclusion on our web sites and publications.
We usually publish an Event Program, Poster, USA Nominees/Awards, INTL Nominees/Awards, and All Submitters at our websites. If we don't receive your promotional materials directly, we reserve the right to create them based on information you have submitted to us via your FilmFreeway profile and which you have provided online about your work and your submission at your website(s) and via social media like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Individuals hereby understand and agree that, while we are growing our local audience, film festival events may be lightly attended. Individuals submitting material to us hereby understand and agree that submission and acceptance does not entail promotion, which is always the responsibility of the submitter.
Individuals submitting material to us hereby grant to AIAFilmmakers & Infinite Perimeter Films your non-exclusive limited use agreement to use submissions, film titles, trailers, posters and other film and submitter materials for festival promotional use only, including online, print, and broadcast media to promote our film festivals and selected submissions to the industry and interested people. Submitters fully retain all rights, title and interest in their submissions and all intellectual property.
An Individual submitting material to us hereby warrants that s/he/it is authorized to commit the submission(s) for judging and screening, and understands and accepts these Rules & Terms. The individual agrees and understands that s/he/it has submitted materials to a non-commercial, not-for-profit volunteer-run organization without paid staff.
If the submitter does not receive a timely response from us via email, individual agrees to call/text us, (720) 298-1524. Individuals submitting material to us hereby indemnify and hold harmless AIAFilmmakers and Infinite Perimeter Films from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court), which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the materials entered.
