Short Film - Best of Northern Australia Shorts

Non Competitive. Selection Screened at a popular Premiere Screening of the festival. Northern Australia is delimited by the tropic of Capricorn except for the Northern Territory which is included in its entirety. qualifying works were produced by NA residents and/or depict stories set in the region.

Short Film - Best of South East Asian Shorts

Non Competitive. Selection Screened at a popular Premiere Screening of the festival. Southeast Asia is defined as the following countries: Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Timor-Leste, Laos, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei, Burma and Thailand. Qualifying works must be produced by Southeast Asian residents and/or depict stories set in the region. Both narrative and documentary films will be considered.
