Come enjoy our collection of shorts and feature-length films, as well as our workshops, as we celebrate the art of film.

Terms and rules

1. Each entry must be submitted as either a feature-length film (60 minutes or longer) or a short film (under 60 minutes or less).

2. Entries will be judged on both story and film production quality by a panel of judges.

3. Filmmakers may enter more than one film.

4. Online screeners are required. Please submit through FilmFreeway.com/festival/delcofilmfestival. You may also send a link to your film to chris.pierdomenico@gmail.com.

5. Due to the wide spectrum of our audience, submissions with nudity, excessive profanity or graphic violence will not be considered.
