About the festival

Since 2004 we screen low and no buget films. Colorful, loud and oblique are the films that our audience loves. More than 30 films in 2 days. Our festival is made by filmmakers for filmmakers to show even small productions to an interested audience.

Terms and rules

1. All movies have to be done without big budget.
2. Selected films must be available 3 weeks before the event as Mp4 full HD file.
3. All non-German films must be in English or with English subtitles.
4. Films should not be older than 4 years.
5. We do not pay any screening fees.
6. The entry fees can not be refunded.
7. Only films that have not been shown in Kassel in the last 24 months will be accepted.

We accept only the following genres. Horror, Comedy, SciFi, Fantasy and Trash.
Only narrative films 1 - 40 min with a story are considered. Please submit experimental short films and music videos in the cathegory supporting program. Maximum length 5 min.

Movies with racist content are rejected.
