We only accept non-fiction MUSIC DOCUMENTARIES for entry!

Films with UK, European, International or World Premiere status will be given preference in the selection process.

***Submission to the festival implies acceptance of all of the following regulations***

DCPs must be supplied for screening.

Doc'n Roll Film Festival is hereby granted the right to use an excerpt from any film submitted for promotional purposes.

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorised to commit the film for UK screenings, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.

THE SUBMITTER -
shall indemnify and hold harmless Doc'n Roll Film Festival and Doc'n Roll Films Ltd. from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.

SELECTED FILMS
All FEATURE films selected must be submitted in DCP format with a backup Bluray disc.
Other film formats will not be accepted.

SHIPPING DEADLINE FOR THE SCREENING COPY
The DCP screening copy of the selected film must be received by Doc'n Roll Film Festival by 30 SEPTEMBER 2020 at the latest.

PARTICIPANTS' OBLIGATIONS
The films selected for the festival cannot be withdrawn from the Festival once confirmation of its participation in Doc'n Roll Film Festival London has been received following the official email notification of its selection.
The production company confirms that all archive material, music, audio and image rights of the persons in the film have been cleared for UK screenings.

SHIPPING COSTS OF THE SCREENING COPY
Shipping costs and custom duties to the UK must be paid by the sender.

With regard to the return of the screening copy - the Festival pays the shipping
costs back to the recipient only, to the exclusion of all other costs (import duties, VAT, storage, etc.).
