ENTRY PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS:
Deadline for submissions: March 5, 2020. There is no Entry Fee
• An entry will consist of a download link to an HD version of your film
• Entries can be of any duration in length and can be narrative, story, animated, or experimental art form.
• The “Short-Short Film” category should be no longer than 10 minutes.
• Entries can be submitted by professional or amateur filmmakers.
• All entries will be viewed and judged by the Festival Committee.
• The Festival Committee may use excerpts and photos of the entries for promotional purposes.
• All entries will be notified and winners announced approximately 3 weeks after closing date. The selections of the winners by the Festival Committee are final.

• Winners will receive an exclusive right to use “Name Winner” logo in their own marketing.
I certify to the Elizabethtown Film Festival that by completing the entry form and entering my film, I have the right to submit this film to the Elizabethtown Film Festival and to authorize the uses of it provided herein. I also certify that I have the rights to use in this film any third-party material contained in the film, such as music or film clips from other works. I will indemnify and hold harmless the Elizabethtown Film Festival, its sponsors and partners, individually and collectively, from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including legal expenses arising out of or in connection with any and all claims or third-party claims based on material submitted to the Elizabethtown Film Festival.
The Elizabethtown Film Festival has permission to use my name, my film, photos, and press materials for festival promotion. If my film is accepted I grant Elizabethtown Film Festival full permission to show my film at the 2020 Elizabethtown Film Festival and agree that Elizabethtown Film Festival will not be obligated to remove the film from the Festival unless I give notice that I am withdrawing it before September 1, 2020.
