The Every Woman Biennially formally known as Whitney Houston Biennial serenades New York City and Los Angeles with an all women art biennial and film festival. The 2019 theme 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody' will be a cross-pollination of female artists across mediums, generations and ethnicities from a multitude of social backgrounds. As a hybrid art/film festival/exhibition-cooperative/laboratory/incubator and organizing platform, our mission is to provide opportunities to emerging and established artists to elevate each other. The films we hand select for this one week film festival is integral part of the month long art biennial. We consider film to be an art form and invite filmmakers who consider themselves to be artists sharing this vision with us.
