About the festival

F-O-R-M is a youth focused movement on screen festival that celebrates the body in motion through film. With video works capturing the body in motion in creative and innovative ways, we present films that:
deliver strong imagery of the human body in motion, explore the limitlessness of our physical capacity, and display choreographic investigation between camera and movement. We look for innovative concepts, exceptional cinematography, or usage of experimental editing styles / post-production effects that further transform movement exploration.
We program unique and diverse films that showcase the body in motion through movement genres including but not limited to: dance, parkour, skateboarding, surfing, soccer etc..
We accept films in many genres including:
-Documentary
-Experimental
-Animation
-Music Videos
-Etc.. So long as it clearly highlights the body in motion!

We encourage and welcome applications by/and/or featuring artists of all body types and abilities as well as indigenous, POC and LGBTQ2+ communities.

FREE application forms are now available on our website
