FeCHA - Festival de Cine Hispanófono de Atenas

•FeCHA accepts Spanish speaking short films from all genres with a maximum duration of up to 30min and a production date no earlier than 2019
•FeCHA does not charge a submission fee
•By submitting your film you waive your right to request a screening fee
•All selected films will be screened in digital format, .h264 / .mp4 or .mov
•Directors are welcome to submit as many short films as they want
•Films of racist, pedophile or other content, offending human dignity or supporting any discrimination against individuals or groups of people based “on racial or ethnic origin, religious or other beliefs, disability, age or sexual orientation” as well as films violating any third parties lawful rights including Intellectual Property rights are not eligible for participation in the Festival.
•With the submission of an application form for a film, participants, both director(s) and producer(s) unconditionally accept the terms of present and allow the use of excerpts or the entire film by the organizers for publicity and archive purposes of the Festival only. Any other use of the film is subject to the prior consent of the director and producer.
•By submitting a film the director/producer is solely responsible for copyrighted material that may appear in their films
•All submitted films must include English subtitles.

* FeCHA admite cortometrajes hispanohablantes de todo género con una duración de menos de 30 minutos y la fecha de producción debe ser de los últimos dos años (2019-2020).
* FeCHA no cobrará tasa de honorarios.
* Con la presentación de su película, se renuncia al derecho de pago de proyección
* Todas las películas seleccionadas se proyectarán en formato digital: h264, mp4, mov
* Los directores pueden presentar más de un cortometraje.
* Se prohíbe difundir contenidos o propaganda de carácter racista, de discriminación de sexo, de edad y de orientación sexual, xenófobo, pornográfico-ilegal, contrarios a los derechos humanos y hacer apología del terrorismo.
* Con la presentación de su película, el festival tiene el derecho de utilizar partes o la película entera para fines de publicidad (por ejemplo, tráiler y fotografías) y de archivo, exclusivamente para el festival. Para cualquier otro uso de la película, se pedirá el consentimiento del director /productor.
* El director/productor es el único responsable de los derechos de autor que pueden aparecer en las películas.
* Todas las películas deben incluir subtítulos en inglés.
