The projects presented must not allude or fit into a specific in a given topic. However, we are looking for works that represent the visions, concerns and interests of the filmmakers from all over Colombia and the world; that are an eclectic and heterogeneous reflection of its cinema.
-Registration must only be done through FilmFreeway or the Google Drive form, between December 1st, 2019 and March 1st, 2020.
-Registrations will not be received outside FilmFreeway or Google Drive platforms, or display copies for the pre-selection process on DVD, Blu-ray and other physical media, without exceptions.
-Short-films that are available to the public on the Internet will not be accepted.
-Short-films registered in previous editions of the Festival de Cine Independiente de Sogamoso will not be accepted.
-The same director or producer may register a maximum of one short-film per category.
-For the selection process, the registered short-films must have Spanish subtitles in case they are not spoken in this language. The filmmakers of the selected short-films agree to deliver the subtitled exhibition copy as appropriate.
-Requirements for projection copies: Resolution 1920x1080 MP4 format.
