FISFA - International Short Film & Arts Festival is a cultural event organized in New Delhi, the nation capital of India under the aegis of Association of Family Physicians of India (AFPI), a well known body committed towards the promotion of family healthcare across the nation. The festival is primarily focused upon providing the writers, filmmakers, healthcare professionals or common people from across the globe a platform to showcase their short films that offer newer insights into how the cause of family and public healthcare needs to be taken seriously by all of us, in order to make this world a better, healthier and happier place to live in.

Cash prizes are available to the best short films in a number of categories. These include Best Short Film, Best Writing, Best Cinematography, Best Direction, Best Documentary Film and Best Film on Family Healthcare.

Terms and rules

1. Duration of both Short Films (Fiction) and Short Films (Documentary) must be between 1 minutes to 35 minutes.
2. The films must be submitted only through the FilmFreeway platform.
3. All the films must have English subtitles along with them, irrespective of their languages. Any film without subtitles will not be considered for the competition section.
4. The Early Bird submissions may be made latest by the 10th of March, 2020 and the last date for submission is the 15th of March, 2020.
5. The Entry Fees is INR 500.00 for each submission.
6. Any applicant may submit any number of films.
7. All the decisions made by the FISFA Organizing Committee regarding the winning entries shall be binding upon each and every contestant.
