Hi everyone,
the annual API Film Festival is happy to announce that we are taking short-Film submissions.
The Asian Pacific Islander Programs and Services will be hosting the annual Asian Pacific Islander Film Festival at California State University, Fresno! It will be a three day event. We are in search for talented Asian and Pacific Islander artists, and we want to promote Asian Pacific Islander films.
The short film competition will begin November 6, 2018 Noon-1P.M in the Frank Thomas Building Rm 110A. The competition will continue onto November 7, 2018 Noon-1P.M in the Frank Thomas Building Rm 110A and the winners will be announced. On November 8, 2018 the main film will be screened in the Vintage Room. The choice for the main film is still pending.
The film festival will be held on November 6-8.

There will be 3 awards.
$200 - Critics' Choice
$150 - People's Choice
$100 - Rising Artist (Film Submitted by anyone under the age of 18)
Rules & Regulations:
1. Films must not be longer than 20 minutes.
2. Preferred format: DVD(1st choice), Digital (2nd choice)
3. All films must be submitted for review by August 24, 2018
4. For rising artists please state somewhere you are 18 or under. For example: Jackie Rasaphone (under 18).
