SCREENINGS
* Only Secure Online Screeners or Vimeo Link (include password) are accepted for preview screening, we also accept secure online screeners.
* Once accepted, DCP, DVDs or Blu-Rays' must be labeled clearly with the title, running time and contact information (including name, address and phone number).
* More than one entry may be submitted. Each entry must be accompanied by an official entry form and entry fee.
* The entry fee is non-refundable.
If selected, filmmakers authorize Gasparilla International Film Festival (GIFF) to conduct up to four (4) theatrical screenings during the 2020 Gasparilla Film Festival. Once your film has been selected, it cannot be pulled by the filmmaker.
MARKETING AND PUBLICITY
GIFF's publicity and marketing teams will promote each film. To assist in this campaign, participating filmmakers will be responsible for providing the following materials by the February deadlines, if selected to participate:
Complete press kits, stills, and 50 word or less film descriptions.
ADVANCE PRESS SCREENINGS
Press screenings may begin as early as January.

Filmmakers authorize GIFF to run trailers and promos of selected films as called for by local television stations and online.
Filmmakers that provide a marketing plan for attracting attendees will be given special consideration.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Gasparilla International Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.
The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless The Gasparilla International Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
