We accept 25 minutes short movies in the categories: ficcion, documentary and experimental from 2017.
We have a special category for 24hs short movies.
Those interested are asked to perform a short film in 24 hours. The film in digital form should be up to three minutes.
We also have a non-competitive selection of short movies done after 2015 until 25 minutes.
At the close of entries will be randomly selected specific themes for each registered team. The theme will be delivered and from this moment the team must shoot and edit the final work until the next day, the whole process should be done in 24 hours. The film must be submitted after this deadline. After delivery, the curator will review and select the best short.
The categories will be NATIONAL, INTERNATIONAL AND GOIÁS.
They will be chosen 5 short films in each category.
Upon registration, the / participants accept the rules of the festival and grant all display rights after selection of curated festival.
The GOFILM Goiania Film Festival in partnership with the Lumière Cinema promote an exhibition event of the selected short and then a special award, where the best will have a special show with the possibility of displaying the short in other theaters of the Lumière network and a display in Gaia24 Short Film Festival in Portugal.

GOFILM Goiania Film Fest is a gaya-Goyaz partnership between members of Gaia, Portugal with members of Goiânia, Brazil providing a representative exchange of the Portuguese language and culture of each region, with an international impact through a festival that promotes a challenge to perform one short film in 24 hours.
With the Festival opens up the possibility of exchanging views short films made by both festivals as well as encouraging the creation without borders, with the possibility of learning in the realization of an idea process as a great quick thinking catalyst, productivity and mainly CREATIVITY.
Trophies will not be send by mail. Its necessary a representative person to get it in the premiation day.
The filmmakers and supporters reach the audience of two continents with the exhibition of productions to the public to have access to exchange of experience through cinematic languages.
