We accept experimental, narrative, documentary and animated short films.
Films completed prior to 2016 are not eligible.
All films must be in English or have English subtitles.
Exhibition Format: 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 (ProRes or H264)
There is no premiere policy.
Submission fees are non-refundable. All films will be considered fairly.
The Grand Concourse Film Screening Series is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The Screening Series reserves the right to refuse entries. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless The Grand Concourse Film Screening Series from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity and screening.
