We are open to receiving all genres of films for the student film category.
Festival Dates :
September 10th & 11th.
Submissions are OPEN.
All files must be submitted on region 2 DVD; region 0 DVD or USB drive. They should be clearly labelled with the TITLE; RUNNING TIME and CONTACT DETAILS.
Submitted copies will not be returned.
Only one film per DVD is accepted.
FEES : All entry fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
If you film is selected we will request digital images and press material relating to your film.
All foreign films must be subtitled in ENGLISH.
All rights, permissions and clearances must be obtained prior to submissions and applicants must ensure that they have the right to submit work with regard to third parties connected with the production of the film in question. This includes all film and music rights and clearances have been obtained in accordance with UK copyright laws. By entering your film you agree to this and the responsibilities involved. The Henley Fringe and Film Festival will assume no responsibility for violation or infringement of copyright law.
Films must abide by the legal constraints of film classification. Please refer to the British Board of Film Classification Guidelines.
Your film must meet these conditions. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY SUBMISSION FEES.
PRIZES
Details of all prizes will be announced in June 2014.
SELECTION
Selection will be carried out by the appointed industry judges. We will inform all successful applicants in JULY 2016.
FESTIVAL SCREENINGS
All screenings will take place during 3rd & 4th September 2016 at the discretion of the festival.
All screening copies of films must be received by JULY 15tt 2016.
Submissions to the HENLEY FRINGE AND FILM FESTIVAL implies acceptance of the rules outlined above.
