Eligibility
• All genres – short fiction/fiction feature, non-fiction, animation, experimental and student films – are welcome.
• The filmmaker has to be a woman of Asian origin, residing in any part of the world.
• If the film has more than one Director, at least one of them should be a woman.
• Films made between October 2016 - September 2018 are eligible for entry.
Rules
• Participants may send multiple entries, but separate forms are required for each entry.
• Films made in any language other than English are required to be subtitled in English, and will not be accepted for the pre-selection viewing.
• All required permissions from copyright holders should be acquired before entering the work into the 15th IAWRT Asian Women’s film festival.
• If a film is selected, the copyright holders of the film should permit free-of-cost public screening at the festival and at any related events.
• Please specify if we have permission for your film to be a part of the traveling packages
• All image formats and aspect ratios will be accepted. The sound requirement of our festival venue is that it be mono mixed on two channels.
• Films that are already available online, will not be considered for the festival.
Preview & Screening
For preview of films, please enter your film online to the festival by submitting the google form (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1w8uC99n2TJKvwCRlqQd-1-fORzSbyKVKafoIWMuiO3E) on or before 20th October, 2018. You can submit an online link to the film (along with password) or post two preview DVD copies to the address mentioned below. The entrant will also need to submit three high quality images from the film, and one photo of the Director.

Submission checklist
• Entry of google form: Yes/No
• Synopsis for catalogue (250 words)
• Director’s bio-note (100 words)
• Links to Blog or website related to the film or its director
• Links to trailers or promo of film if available
• List of principal crew members namely Camera, Sound, Editing and other key credits
• Two good quality images from the film (with descriptions, in PNG or JPEG formats)
• One photo of the director with name (in PNG or JPEG formats)
