Since 2001, the IFI Documentary Festival has hosted premieres of important Irish documentaries including 'In a House that Ceased to Be', 'War in Eastern Congo', 'How to Defuse a Bomb: The Project Children Story', and 'Mattress Men'.
International hits such as 'A Syrian Love Story', 'Muscle Shoals' and Werner Herzog's 'Lo and Behold: Reveries of the Connected World' have all had their Irish premieres at the festival, which has attracted many guests and filmmakers from around the world to present and discuss their work.
