POLICY & PROMOTIONS
Indie Night Film Festival is a unique experience for filmmakers. You are encouraged to use this platform as a formal opportunity for you to invite potential industry partners, agents, and to get the word out through your cast and crew.
The Festival accepts films year- round and screens weekly at the TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles, CA. when the COVID-19 health crisis subsides. Until then, we ask our filmmakers to join the Indie Night ON Demand platform created to promote your work. You will be notified of your status within 3-5 days from your submission. *****Please disregard the dates listed on FilmFreeway if it shows otherwise.*****SUBMISSION RUN TIME
Live Monologues - Maximum run time: 5 minutes
Short films, Web Series, Music Videos, Pilots, Trailers/Promos, Documentaries - Maximum run time: 25 min
Feature Films - Maximum run time: 90 minutes
DVD REQUIREMENTS
Filmmakers must submit their films on FilmFreeway and upon acceptance to show on Indie Night On Demand, the film must be emailed to shortfilms@indienightff.com in .Mov format (Preferred) MP4 (Acceptable)
We will need a Movie Poster size & file type
8.5x11 inches or
2550 X 3300 pixels

no later than the Friday, 1 week prior to your confirmed screening date. The posters and promotional material will be emailed to shortfilms@indienightff.com PLEASE test your film before sending it to us.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
First and foremost, submitting your film to the Indie Night Film Festival in no way implies any ownership rights by Indie Night to the submitted film. You own your project. If you are approached by anyone to produce your film as a result of being listed on our website or being screened at Indie Night, we ask that you share your good news with us and we’ll publically support and announce it on our social media platform. Indie Night is also in the business of approaching filmmakers to distribute them to film houses.
You can submit your film online. Only one film per application. If entering more than one film or multiple episode of a webseries, you must submit each separately. If you desire to submit multiple web series episodes as one submission, please edit all episodes together as one continuous story, without beginning and end credits between each episode.
