This festival accepts features and shorts that do not already have distribution deals in place. Entries must have been completed on or after June 15, 2015.
Foreign language films must be with English subtitles.
All entries must be postmarked by the deadline date for which you are paying.
Entries must be submitted via secure online links or on DVD (NTSC Region 1 only). Do not put multiple films on the same DVD and please submit two copies for our submission team. DVD+RW and DVD-RW are not acceptable formats. DVDs will not be returned.
Preview DVDs must be clearly labeled with the film title, submission category, and run time.
Films selected for screening will be notified on or around October 30, 2016.
Entry fees can be paid by credit card or PayPal in US funds. Entry fees are non-refundable.
Indiewood reserves the right to disqualify any submission without refund of submission fees.
All accepted films are scheduled at the discretion of Indiewood.
Indiewood and Geek-O-Nomicon are held harmless for any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, or screening of any film.
Indiewood does not pay screening fees or guarantee travel for filmmakers.
ALL SELECTED SUBMISSIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY ARCLIGHT FILMS FOR DISTRIBUTION CONSIDERATION.
