In the "Children Directors" section, directors under 18 years of age can participate with their films of any format, genre and story. In the "Children's Rights from Adult View" section, directors over 18 years of age can participate with their films about children's rights.
The last date to apply with films of any format and genre is 31 July 2020. The films with English subtitles should be submitted on internet or via Filmfreeway.com.
The applicants will be notified on 1 October 2020 if their films would be selected in the festival's official selection.
The films will be screened in HD format. Festival Committee has the right to screen the selected films without any fee.
All films must have English subtitles. Selected films must send subtitle file (.srt, .sub...) to the festival mail address no later than 7 October 2020. Otherwise they will be disqualified.
Director or the submitter can not withdraw their film from the festival after 7 October 2020.
Executive committee of the festival is free to select and determine the days and hours of the screenings of each film.
Applicants hereby accept that clips from the festival films no longer than three minutes would be used in order to promote the festival and the film.
The copies of the films that are submitted to the Festival will not be returned and kept in the archives of Children's Rights Culture and Art Association. The applicants hereby agree that the films might be screened in non-commercial or educational activities around Turkey with prior notification to the director.
The participants must read and accept the Rules and Regulations of "International Children's Rights Film Festival".

Festivalin “Çocuk Yönetmenler” bölümüne 18 yaşından küçük yönetmenlerin her format, tür ve konudaki filmleri katılabilir, “Yetişkinlerden Çocuk Hakları” bölümünde ise 18 yaş üstündeki yönetmenler çocuk hakları konulu filmleri katılabilir.
Festivale her format ve türdeki filmlerinizi en geç 31 Temmuz 2020 tarihine kadar bekliyoruz.
Filmlerinizi İngilizce altyazılarıyla birlikte elektronik ortamda veya Filmfreeway.com aracılığıyla bizlerle paylaşmanızı bekliyoruz.
Festivale katılacak filmler en geç 1 Ekim 2020 tarihinde başvuru sahiplerine bildirilecektir.
Filmler, festivalde HD formatında gösterilecektir. Festival Komitesi, festivale katılan filmlerin hiçbir ücret verilmeyecek şekilde gösterimini yapma hakkına sahiptir.
Festivale başvuran tüm filmlerin İngilizce altyazısı olması mecburidir. Seçilen filmlerin başvuru sahipleri İngilizce altyazı dosyalarını(.srt,.sub...) en geç 7 Ekim 2020 tarihine kadar festival mail adresine yollaması gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde göndermeyen filmler diskalifiye edilecektir.
Yönetmen ya da başvuru sahipleri, 7 Ekim 2020 tarihinden itibaren filmlerini festivalden geri çekemezler.
Festivalin yürütme kurulu, katılan filmlerin seçilmesinde ve gösterim gün ve saatlerini belirlemekte serbesttir.
Başvuru sahipleri, festivalin filmlerinden parçaları, her filmden en çok üç dakika olmak üzere, filmleri ve festivali tanıtma amaçlı kullanabileceğini kabul eder.
Festivale yollanan filmlerin kopyaları Çocuk Hakları Kültür Sanat Derneği arşivine alınacaktır. Başvuru sahipleri filmlerinin, Türkiye’nin çeşitli kentlerinde, yönetmenine haber verilmesi koşulu ile ticari olmayan ya da eğitim amaçlı etkinlikler kapsamında gösterilebileceğini kabul eder.
Tüm katılımcıların "Uluslararası Çocuk Hakları Film Festivali"nin bu şartlarını kurallarını okuyup kabul etmesi zorunludur.
