Kifaga Niue Film Festival

-Overseas films need to submit under the overseas film option paying the USD$5 entry fee. Films who have already submitted without paying the USD$5 are invalid.
-DVD/Blurays must be clearly labeled with title of film contact information and FilmFreeway tracking number.
-All foreign entries should be clearly marked on the package as “No Commercial Value – For Cultural Purposes Only”
-DVD/Blurays will not be returned unless a prepaid envelope is provided with the submission.
-More than one entry may be submitted. Each entry must be submitted separately.
-The filmmaker will assume shipping costs of material and print to LVFF.
-Films produced in languages other than English must have legible English subtitles or be dubbed in English. (unless special arrangements have been made with festival).
-Entrants are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, royalties, release forms, clearances, permits necessary to present their work.
-Overseas entries can only enters the Overseas Category
-The selection committees’ and juries’ decisions are final.
-Entry fee is nonrefundable.
-Exceptions to the festival regulations must be authorized by the Festival Directors.
