Los cortometrajes inscritos para participar en el 10mo Concurso de Cortos Animados La Truca, deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
No haber participado en convocatorias de La Truca de años anteriores.
Ser un cortometraje ANIMADO.
No ser un trabajo publicitario, video institucional o afín.
Haber sido terminado entre los años 2015 y 2020.
Ser subtitulado en español y/o inglés, si su idioma original es otro.
Tener una duración superior a 1 minuto e inferior a 30 minutos.
Los cortos de animación participantes en ambas categorías, pueden ser elegidos por el jurado para constituir las curadurías de muestras propias que propone el festival cada año, y por tanto podrán ser proyectados en diferentes eventos sin ánimos de lucro.
Los cortos que no sean de animación serán DESCALIFICADOS.
Los realizadores que envíen sus cortometrajes a cualquiera de las convocatorias del Festival Internacional de Animación La Truca acceden a ceder de manera voluntaria los derechos de distribución de sus proyectos. Esta sesión de derechos será válida únicamente en los espacios relacionados al festival y para la creación y exhibición de muestras propias del mismo, en los días del festival y en otras fechas en las que el mismo sea invitado a otros eventos.

Short films that enter La Truca 10th Animated Short Film Competition, must:
Not have participated in previous La Truca entries.
Not be Advertising work, institutional videos or related works.
ANIMATED shortfilm only.
Have been completed between the year 2015 and 2020.
Be subtitled in English if the language is different than Spanish.
Be longer than 1 (one) minute and less than 30 (thirty) minutes.
ANIMATED Shortfilms submitted to all categories, can be selected to be part of the festival's specific exhibitions, curated by the jury, and therefore CAN BE screened at various non profit events.
ANY live action film will be DISQUALIFIED, this is an Animation Festival.
Filmmakers who submit their shortfilms to any of the festival's call for entries, voluntarily authorize the exhibition of their projects. This authorization will only be valid in the spaces related to the festival and for the creation of La Truca's own exhibitions, for the screenings taking place in the festival and/or screenings where the festival is invited.
