About the festival

A unique festival that presents short films and plays to celebrate and showcase the Latinx community, it's artist, and it's stories. Short films and short plays are seldom seen by the general public, but even more rare is seeing Latinx artists on the big screen or the stage.
This year in our commitment to better serve our Latinx comunidad y familias, we have added “La Vida Es Cortitos” that will provide programming for our young audiences. We encourage you to bring la familia together by submitting your short films for young audiences. (K-12)
Additionally, we are further expanding our short films lineup by including short dance films to create a multidisciplinary experience never seen before. We encourage you to bring la familia together by submitting your short films for young audiences (K-12)

No prizes nor awards are available as of now. We have tentative sponsors, who might contribute to have awards and prizes available.
