1. ORGANIZATION
Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco, an association promoting film culture, organizes the fifteenth edition of the competition "Lecce Film Fest - Festival del Cinema Invisibile" which will be held in Lecce (Italy) in 2020. The days and locations will be specified on the website www.leccefilmfest.it.
2. REQUIREMENTS – SUBTITLES
The competition is open to international films without limits of genre, theme and duration, made from 2018 to 2020, not selected in previous editions. Italian subtitles are mandatory for films in a language other than Italian.
3. DEADLINE - HOW TO REGISTER
The film must be registered no later than 30 September 2020 by choosing one of the following methods:
- through the online platforms specified on the site (in this case no other documents need to be sent);
- via email to entry@leccefilmfest.it by sending the download link, entry form, signed regulation, subtitle file, promotional material and copy of payment of entry fee.
4. REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for each film is € 10,00 ($ 11,00) to be paid trough:
- the online platform used for the registration of the film;
- Paypal, using email cineclub@libero.it;
- Bank transfer IBAN IT88Q0306967684510753960265, made out to Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco, causal “title of the film”.
5. SELECTION – SECTIONS
A commission will select the films that will participate in the final phase of the competition. The finalist films can be grouped into distinct sections according to their duration (short films, feature films, etc.), genre (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, etc.) and provenance.
6. AUTHORIZATIONS
By registering you grant to the Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco association:
- free and unlimited authorization for public screenings of the film, also for a fee, except for express limitations to be communicated in the entry form or via email before the deadline;
- free authorization to send the film to other operators in the cinema sector for public screenings and to publish it on the web, with the consent of the director or whoever has registered the film.
7. HOSPITALITY
The cast can be hosted in Lecce by agreement with organisation and within the limits of the available budget.
8. JURY – AWARDS
A jury will identify the winning films of the competition.
All information regarding awards will be communicated on the website www.leccefilmfest.it.
9. LIABILITY
Organisation is not liable for theft, loss or damage of the material sent.
Who registers the film declares to be the holder of usage rights and remains responsible for the content of the film, exonerating organisation from any civil or criminal liability and against any claim, requests for compensation and damages actions by third parts regarding the contents and the rights to utilize the film and the images and the musics in it.
10. CANCELLATION – POSTPONEMENT
Organisation can cancel or postpone the contest in case of organizational difficulties of any kind.
11. ACCEPTANCE - CONTROVERSIAL CASES - PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING – LANGUAGE
The film registration implies unconditional acceptance of this regulation.
Organisation will resolve controversial and unforeseen cases and make exceptions to the rules in motivated cases.
By accepting, you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes related exclusively to the contest.
The Regulation are written in Italian and English; in case of discrepancy, Italian text will prevail.
