ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE(S) ABOVE.
If your film is selected you must provide an exhibition copy at least a week before the festival. If you are accepted and do not provide an exhibition copy, we will not be able to show your film, and will forfeit the judging of your film.

Film submissions are non-returnable.
The submission process and consideration by the Programming Committee is not affected by the date you submit your film as long as it is received by our deadline! We appreciate, however, filmmakers submitting their work as early as possible.
ALL films submitted to the festival are seen and scored by two different programmers. All films that have a higher average, or are a favorite of a programmer, go on to final deliberations. LeglessCorpse Films selects its films by majority vote among 7 judges and no one is offered early acceptance; we aim for the most democratic process possible. All selections will be posted on our website LeglessCorpseFilms.com/FilmFestival around October 1, 2016.
The 2016 LeglessCorpse Halloween Short Horror Film Festival will take place in Birmingham, AL from October 15th - 16th, 2016. Unfortunately, LeglessCorpse Film Festival does not provide room, board or travel for filmmakers, we will try and complete notifications at least 2 weks prior to festival. Festival dates are subject to change.
