1. Criteria for entry:
We are happy to show films that have been screened previously and will also consider screening music videos and internet series (individual episodes). Our only rules are:
Short Films:
1) Each film must be 12 minutes or under.
2) Films will only be screened if the filmmakers are present.
Feature Films:
1) Each film must be 80 minutes or over.
2) Films will only be screened if the filmmakers are present.
2. Submission Format
Films must be submitted via FilmFreeway ONLY.
Only one version of the film will be reviewed by our programmers so only submit your film when it's ready.
3. Festival Screenings - for selected films ONLY
Selected films might be requested to provide a Digital Cinema Package (DCP) in order to be screened.
All foreign language films must have English subtitles.
Our event is traditionally hosted in unconventional venues as pubs and sport bars.
We aspires to provide the best quality projection possible but we will not be held liable for any failure in the technical quality of the projection, nor will fees be refunded in such case.
4. Scheduling - for selected films ONLY
Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the published schedule, we reserves the right to make changes at any time for any reason. The London Rolling Film Festival will not be liable for any costs claimed as a result of a change in scheduling.
PLEASE NOTE
Your fee is non-refundable. If your film does not match the criteria listed above and you still submit your film, we will not consider your film and will not refund your fee.
