LBLFAF accepts applications for films made by and/or about people of African descent in Louisiana and abroad. (Please note: the filmmaker need not be of African descent.) Preferably, films should depict positive and realistic images and can be drama, fiction, Topics about mental illness history culture welcomed.

ages 14-17 encouraged to submit.
