About the festival

Midwest Action Fest is back for our 4TH YEAR! Midwest Action Fest is an international film festival that showcases action, comedy, and adventure films from all around the world! Action Fest is held at the Mary Max Theater in Logansport, Indiana.

Our quest is to bring the art of film to the midwest and create a unique and welcoming atmosphere for our fellow filmmakers!

Terms and rules

All features must be over 45 minutes and all short films must be under 45 minutes.
All movies must either be in English or contain English subtitles. We are accepting submissions from anywhere in the world!

You, the filmmaker, are responsible for the content & consent and can provide proof of ownership or permission to broadcast the materials such as score, soundtrack, that may be included in your film.

Want to submit your trailer for just $10? You can upload it to FilmFreeway as a project and submit that way! We show all submitted trailers!

If you are interested in renting booth space for this event please email us at actionfestvendors@gmail.com

Each booth will consist of an 6 ft OR 8 ft table and 2 chairs. Electricity should also be available for each space. Prices are very affordable.
