Morce-GO Vermelho - GOIAS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL - is a film festival in the heart of Brazil, which will have contemporary audiovisual works and historical recovery linked to the themes of horror, suspense and horror. The Festival may have fiction productions, experimental and animation as well as workshops and debates.

The aim is to encourage and promote local productions, Brazil and all over the world for lovers of moviegoers horror movies, suspense and horror featuring some of the most creative in independent productions of short films in competitive shows and feature films in the programming.

Terms and rules

1 - The Festival

Morce-GO Vermelho - GOIAS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL - is a film festival in the heart of Brazil, which will have contemporary audiovisual works and historical recovery linked to the themes of horror, suspense and horror. The Festival may have fiction productions, experimental and animation as well as workshops and debates.

The aim is to encourage and promote local productions, Brazil and all over the world for lovers of moviegoers horror movies, suspense and horror featuring some of the most creative in independent productions of short films in competitive shows and feature films in the programming.

2 Of Registration

The registration period will be from 12th July to October 1st 2018. The participant must perform the entire procedure on our subscription page and also in FilmFreeway platform.

Specifications:

- Datasheet

- 1 image of the work in jpg 300 dpi, RGB dimensions approx. 1800 × 1200;

- Short film, fiction, documentary and experimental. - Theme Horror, Thriller or Horror - Availability of film in digital format FULL HD - 1920 × 1080 or 1280 × 720 (AVI, MOV, MP4, VOB or DCP) - Movies finalized from 2014.em finalized version of the film private link with password (VIMEO platform, Dropbox or similar);

- There is no limit on the number of registrations per participant;

- The short films must be original without availability on the Internet, under penalty of disqualification.

3- Display

International Competition for Short Film (feature films, documentary and experimental with up to 25 minutes long and have been produced and finished outside Brazil).

National Short Film Competition (feature films, documentary and experimental, Brazilian short film, with up to 25 minutes long);

Local Short Film Competition (feature films, documentary and experimental, Brazilian short film)

Non-Competitive Exhibition - (fiction films, documentary or experimental, Brazilian short film, with up to 25 minutes long and feature film) - chosen by the festival staff;

The Festival can create new categories or make new changes according to the profile of entries and / or theme.

The Festival will take place on 29 th and 30th October at Cine Culture in Goiania, at the Cultural Center Marieta Telles Machado, Plaza Civic Center, Goiânia GO.

4- The Result

The list of films selected for the festival will be announced on the festival site and all applicants will be notified by the October 10th October 2016. The jury of the short competition will be made up of film professionals and / or other related fields, appointed the direction of the festival.

The filmmakers who register their videos / movies on Morce-GO Vermelho - GOIÁS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL will automatically be giving in and allowing the viewing rights of these for development and provision of the Festival collection for display and serving non-commercial use in promotional events festival, except in TVs, fully or partially, as well as promotional material, without this is made any payment, including copyright. Entries will not be returned. Cases not provided for in this Regulation shall be reviewed by Morce-GO Vermelho.

Sending use authorization from the soundtrack or evidence in the public domain may be asked to select all categories.

If the selected movie, the legal representative of the submitted film, authorizes the display in programmingMorce-GO Vermelho, and the use of images for journalistic purposes, dissemination and promotion of the event.

The trophies will not be sent to the winners, if they can not be present in Morce-GO Vermelho - GOIÁS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL. There is the possibility of delivery to representatives,

Morce-GO Vermelho - GOIAS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL may include new categories of awards, including honorary trophies. There is no prize money.

All this information in the registration form, as well as films of the images (up to 30 seconds) may be used for publication on the festival website and in the media.

The material sent to the inscription will become part ofMorce-GO Vermelho collection and can be used for cultural activities, non-profit, in popular exhibition projects, in order to contribute to the democratization of audiovisual national cinema.

The programming for the Morce-GO Vermelho - GOIÁS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL will be defined by the direction, but may be extended in shows Itinerant. The photos of the selected films will be made available to newspapers, magazines and websites to disclosure. The selected subscribers grant the right to show the film in the official program of the festival and a stretch of up to 10% of the time the film or the trailer on TV, websites and other media in order to publicize the Festival.

5- Foreign Movies

Foreign productions must have subtitles in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

6- The Realization

The show will take place on October 29th and 30th 2016 at Cine Culture in Goiania Goias.

7 - Accept the Regulation:

The description of the film in this festival focuses on acceptance of the terms of this Regulation. The director and / or producer of the submitted film is responsible for that accepted. Upon registration, the directors and / or producers of the films cede the exhibition rights for Morce-GO Vermelho - GOIÁS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL. The festival has the right to show the films selected by the Curator in the official program.

The direction of the Morce-GO Vermelho decide on all matters not included in this Regulation, in accordance with the rules of the International Film Festivals.

The festival is not responsible for canceled events or changes for technical reasons at participating locations.

All films entered in Morce-GO Vermelho RED - GOIÁS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL are subject to the conditions laid down in this Regulation and the changes to the production of the Festival.
