About the festival

**Please read the rules & terms carefully before submitting your work!**

One To Watch is the leading competition for global creative professionals under the age of 30. This competition is an exciting new program for young creatives who have recently started their careers in the advertising, interactive, film, and design industries. Young creatives will have the opportunity to receive recognition for their work and to showcase their talent to the top chief creative officers and directors in the advertising, design, digital, and production industries. It places them on the fast track to advance in their careers.

We are asking for creatives in the following disciplines to enter their work: film & video direction, graphic design, photography, illustration, advertising, art direction, copywriting, environmental design, animation, motion graphics, interactive design, industrial design, typography, product design, package design, fashion design, sound design or other. We hope that FilmFreeway reaches young film directors to enter here or on our website at onetowatch.org.

Winners will be featured in the One To Watch publication and invited to an exclusive event to celebrate their achievement where they will be able to rub shoulders with some of the top creatives in the industry. They will also be featured on the One Club website, in One Club publications, and generally trumpeted from every One Club rooftop.

An international jury comprised of The One Club Board of Directors and leading creatives and directors will judge all the entries. The film director category will have its own jury. Once the judging process is completed, The One to Watch short list of finalists will be released. The winners will be awarded at a special event held during Creative Week in NYC next May, 2015.
