All genres of films, web series, music videos and commercials are eligible. Even if your film has played in other festivals it is still eligible. There are no geographic or distribution restrictions at the Oregon Cinema Arts Film Festival.
Minimum resolution 1080p.
Frame Rates Accepted are 23.976, 24, 25 or 30.
Stereo Audio Only. No surround sound 5.1 accepted.
If accepted, filmmakers must provide a download link for their short film through FilmFreeway, Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer or similar service.
Financial assistance for travel is not provided.
There are no screening fees available, to be paid to filmmakers.
