o Submission accepted between Dec 12 to May 22,
o Submission is only open all INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS UNDER 19 YEARS OLD, all others submitting will be disqualified, fees will NOT be refunded.
o Runtime must be between 30 Sec and 9 Min, depending on categories.
o Multiple films can be entered
It is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes including but not limited to screenings in conjunction with the Dallas Video Association and Pegasus Film Festival. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for public screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Pegasus Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
