Pink Life QueerFest

1. LGBTI+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex) themed feature films, documentaries, and short films and queer productions can be submitted.
2. Films (features, documentaries, shorts) premiered earlier than Jan 2019 will not be accepted.
3. Screening copies for feature films must have high-resolution downloadable versions.
4. Non-English films must be submitted with English subtitles. Films in English should provide a proper dialogue list.
5. Promotional materials of the selected films must be delivered to kuirfest@pembehayat.org by June 15, 2021. The Festival cannot be held liable for the incomplete and/or incorrect information.
6. The Festival holds discretion over the materials published in the catalog.
7. After the official selection of a film, the festival is entitled to use excerpts from the film of a maximum of 3 minutes, nationally and internationally, for promotional purposes.
8. The festival website is entitled to use any still for the promotion of both the film and the festival program.
9. Screening program is entirely at the discretion of the festival management.
10. Selected films cannot be withdrawn after July 01, 2021.

Başvuru Koşulları
1. LGBTI+ temalı filmler ve/veya kuir yapımlar festivale başvurabilir.
2. İlk gösterimini Ocak 2019’dan önce yapmış filmler kabul edilmeyecektir.
3. Festival’in seçeceği filmlerin yüksek çözünürlüklü indirilebilir gösterim kopyalarına sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.
4. Orijinal dili İngilizce olmayan filmlerin kopyaları İngilizce altyazılı olmalıdır. Orjinal dili İngilizce olan filmlerin diyalog listesi göndermesi gerekmektedir.
5. Seçilen filmlerin tüm tanıtım materyalleri 15 Haziran 2021 tarihine kadar kuirfest@pembehayat.org adresine gönderilmelidir. Sağlanan materyallerdeki eksik ya da hatalı bilgilerin sorumluluğu festivale ait değildir.
6. Katalogda yayınlanacak yazılar festivalin inisiyatifindedir.
7. Festival programına kabul edilen filmlerden en fazla 3 dakikalık görüntü, hem filmin hem festivalin tanıtımı için ulusal ya da uluslararası medyada gösterilmek üzere kullanılabilir.
8. Festival, hem seçilen filmin hem de bütün programın tanıtımını yapmak üzere kendi web sitesinde ve sosyal medya kanallarında görselleri kullanma hakkına sahiptir.
9. Festival yönetimi seçilen filmlerin gösterim programına karar veren tek yetkilidir.
10. Filmin festivalden geri çekilebilmesi için son tarih 01 Haziran 2021’dir.
