The Lion's Main Art Collective is bringing you a QTone, a Film Festival featuring Queer Filmmakers of Color. Join us September 24th at Central Cinema and September 27th at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center for art, community, and celebration!

The submission schedule is as follows:

* $0 for submissions in by April 30th
* $5 for submissions in by July 31st

All submission proceeds go to funding prizes for artists in the festival. No artists turned away due to lack of funds (contact us).

Lion’s Main Art Collective is a community of queer & trans artists that showcases innovative interdisciplinary art. We foster artistic growth and collaboration in a creative and supportive space. http://www.lionsmain.org/

We'll be awarding prizes to films selected by the audience at each screening to help artists create more work in the future!

Terms and rules

Artists who identify both as Queer and People of Color who live in the United States and Canada are eligible.

We are seeking submissions in film and video, with a maximum length of 20 minutes. Films can be of any type – narrative, documentary, animation, experimental, etc.

All films entered must be original work and have all rights secured by the filmmaker.
