About the festival

Queer As Film is a regular celebration of the best of New Queer Cinema

We've teamed up with national student Pride to bring you another great night of comedy, film and networking. This year we will be exhibiting at the iconic Heaven nightclub in the heart of London.

We want you, the next generation of queer filmmakers to submit your shorts; your desperate visions; your trash chic imaginings; your video nasties; your midnight movie-epics.

It can be any genre of fiction, any type of documentary, pop promo and experimental. All we ask is that they don't exceed 20 minutes in length.

Don't fret if you're not Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual or Transgendered (LGBT), we love you too! You can submit your shorts as long as they have a connection to the LGBT community.

On the screening nights you will all get the chance to mingle and network with like minded folk and hopefully end up collaborating on future film projects! Networking is what it's all about!

Don't worry if your not a filmmaker yourself, you are still more than welcome to come and watch the shorts.

Find us on Twitter (www.twitter.com/QueerAsFilm) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/qasfilm) and spread the word.

There's nowt as Queer As Film!
